This private travel portal is exclusive to all personnel and companies in the travel and tourism industries. It features flights, accommodation, attractions, activities, tours & packages, transfers, car rental, cruise packages and even travel insurance. On signing up Tourism-ID, members can book travel worldwide at lower rates and enjoy more benefits for themselves, families and loved ones so long as they are in the travel party.

To ensure travel operators offer an industry rate that is lower than public travel sites, there are no sales commissions but only a very small transaction fee. To encourage more travel during off peak periods, operators can offer upgrades, F&B discounts, late check out and so on. As personnel in travel and tourism are natural ambassadors of travel, their words of mouth benefit operators. Property inspection and product reviews can be arranged with Tourism-ID members. ​​

Membership is free via online registration. Bookings are restricted to members only. To protect travel operators' special offers, all applications are authenticated before user ID is extended. All members will be requalified annually to ensure they are still active in the industry. Members must be in the travel party to enjoy special rates and benefits. Registration is available for individual account while companies can apply for an enterprise account for self management of registration and content and a host of additional benefits.​
