A major hotel chain like Accor or Hilton can offer staff rates at thousands of hotels worldwide, similarly a large airline like United or British Airways can offer staff ID fares on their global network of flights to hundreds of destinations worldwide, yet, these organisations still devlop partnership with other organisations. This is because they treasure the value of staff and work towards adding more values to their staff.

Through our ID-Swap program, a standalone hotel in Kuala Lumpur or a small hotel group in Thailand can now reciprocate with other hotels anywhere in the world to offer staff rates at more hotels when their staff travel with their families and friends. A cruise operator can use ID-Swap program to exchange staff benefits with a hotel or an attraction.
How it works
We help you connect with like minded establishments. Once both parties agree, we help you upload your offers into our system which only verified personnel (qualified by us) of all agreed establishments can view and book. Control availability or close out any dates as required. Bookings can be sent into your reservation system if you connect with us via API or get email notifications from our system to process bookings f you use our extranet. This model serves all type of travel establishments, be it an airline, hotel, attraction, tour operator, cruise, car rental and so on.
